| Rehabilitation and Resistance Bands |
Athletes all have injuries, one of the most common injuries is to the
hamstrings (biceps femora) or the large muscles in the back of the leg. This injury could occur in any sport, it may even happen while you are walking. This is an awkward area to strength with weights but there are some great rehabilitation
exercises with resistance bands.She only uses resistance bands for one of her exercises but with a little creativity you can include resistance bands for squats and for the chair pull. There are dozens of rehabilitation exercises with resistance bands but how about strengthening and conditioning the weak areas before an injury.
